Project Manager

Responsible for the execution of the Works and of the expected outcome of the project in terms of time, economics and quality. DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES Strong focus on project team performance, HSE targets, project schedule and economic outcome, and on relations with the client. Manages relations with the client and is responsible for their quality. In addition, within the limits of the project, represents the company before the authorities and any third parties involved in the project. He will work closely with Client in the Cost fee / Open Book scenario. He will define and agree with client, and then will manage, the procedure of cost accounting and reimbursement ( fee application) and the procedure to work according to an agreed Procurement Protocol. Manages the project team and continuously reviews their performance. Defines and continuously verifies that each resource assigned to the project has determined goals and responsibilities and that the related timelines have been set. Receives the budget and structures it according to project cost structure, managing any deviation. Agrees, jointly with the Industrial Plants Division Director and Business Unit Manager, on project execution strategies, expected profit margins and project improvement actions. Approves Purchase Requests for purchases and subcontracts; identifies, in conjunction with the Procurement Department and with the Client (according to the Procurement Protocol that will be defined), any external consultancies and collaborations that may be needed and is responsible for their management. Responsible, with the support of personnel assigned by the Project Management Office, for scheduling the works and/or services, cost control and contract management. Hierarchically subordinate to the Industrial Plants Division Director. REQUIRED COMPETENCES o Experience on Project Management roles (at least 5 years) o Experience on project related to renewables / Photovoltaic plants is a main plus o Experience in the management of relationship, permits procedure and similar with Italian Public Authorities is a plus o Commitment and entrepreneurship o Willingness to join a stream of project on Green Hydrogen technologies QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Engineering LOCATION Italia , Paese (TV) or Falconara (AN) J-18808-Ljbffr
