Then come join us Job Description As a Customer Care Manager at Trek Italy, you will work in a team of 7 people in the areas of Inside Sales management and Technical Support, leading to ensure an excellent hospitality experience to our Customers. Role & Responsibilities Ensuring flow efficiently through the B2B system and the ERP system (JDE) about orders and warranty request; Active Role in the management team of Trek Italy and in the European Customer Care Managers team. Cooperation with Outside Sales Manager and Finance function in improving proposals to simplify or speed up processes. Coaching the team with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and the commercial results of the Department. Giving your team the right tools and guidance to get a little better every day. R eview of daily sales figures, K PIs and warranty handling. Dealers visit on a regular basis to keep the pulse of what’s going on and where we can do even better. Of course, by turning these ideas into action. Requirements Minimum expereince of 3-5 years in a Customer Care Manager role; Experience into the bike industry will be considered as a plus; Proficency in Excel, Powerpoint and proven experience with CRM and ERP systems ( JDE usage considered a plus); Good Energy and customer obsession: we like open-minded and detail-oriented people; Strong leader who continuously spread enthusiasm and coach the team; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Italian and English ( Mandatory) Our Offer A (good) challenging job with a fast growing Company in the bicycle industry, with a suitable salary and bonus; A beautiful building to work in Bergamo; Enthusiastic colleagues who are passionate about cycling; Interesting employee benefits; Smartworking 40 hours per month; Great Place To Work Certified Company; Permanent contract.
