The Role: The Quality and Accreditation Manager will build a strong working knowledge of program requirements to support resolution of any compliance queries from other departments and will advise act as a subject matter expert on all matters associated with Quality Assurance providing advice and guidance to country leadership and operational teams. The role will oversee the internal management of ISO 9001 standard requirements within our organization and GDPR monitoring, managing the internal audit schedule and leading participation in external audits. The role will also monitor compliance with regional and national accreditations or authorizations manage the submission of the same in line with regional legislative requirements. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Knowledge • Bachelor degree is a mandatory requirement ISO9001:2015 QMS certified Quality Auditor and verifier qualification (IQA, D32 33) Skills Excellent relationship building skills Ability to convey information clearly Excellent communication skills and strong presentation skills Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong judgement and decision-making skills Project management skills Attention to detail Excellent drafting skills with the ability to convey information in written format clearly A strong ethical approach Experience The experience of leading a quality/compliance department and function. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles and application. Experience in conducting internal audits and implementing corrective actions. Experience of working on government funded or European Social funded programs.
