For a global ecommerce player in the food sectorwe are looking for a Direct Marketing Manager that will Take over the responsibility for the sales retention in the Italian market. Main tasks: Manual and automated newsletters planning, product selection, mailing creation & banner briefing Implementation of initiatives e.g. for the bonus program, savings plan, calendar, customer survey including effectiveness analysis Updating central mailing plan in cooperation with central teams like Direct Marketing, CRM, Purchase and Vendor Management Analysis of mailing KPIs and ongoing mailing optimization, A/B testing Ongoing optimization of automated newsletter campaigns feedback to central departments concerning central concepts Execution of process of print mailings from conception, agency selection, coupon code generation, customer segmentation until send-out and results analysis Development of new retention initiatives and e-mailing concept with central content team (e.g. videos, content, images, promotion mechanism) Key requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or retail environment Strong understanding of Direct Marketing, ideally in e-commerce Ideally good understanding of analytical tools, e.g. optivo, Adobe or CRM-tool Fluent in English, Italian mother tongue level Experience with Selligent Marketing Cloud would be a plus What we offer: Contract tipe: Full Time Contract Location Genova.
