For a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a WEB OMNICHANNEL PROJECT MANAGER. In this exciting and challenging role you will join the Omnichannel and Customer Experience Team in Human Pharma Operations in charge of: Project Management of Omnichannel / Digital / Innovation projects Customer Experience Management &, Journey Management Omnichannel Excellence throughout all the company touchpoints with customers, patients and payors, with special focus on Digital channels Omnichannel Insights Tasks &, responsibilities: Act as a Project Manager to collect requirements, engage with stakeholders and support the delivery of cutting edge omnichannel projects as launch of new web sites (including the supervision of SEO, SEM, UX, etc. activities), rollout of new Digital Platforms, Change Requests on existing platforms, deal with Omnichannel projects including the use of multiple touchpoints (either digital or physical) to support the delivery of an excellent Customer Experience. Support project activities throughout all project lifetime: governance definition, partners’ selection, project initiation, planning, launch and execution, performance monitoring, project closing. In this activity, depending on the project scope and requirements, you might be supported by external partners, agencies and consultancy companies. Engage all internal stakeholders and external partners to make sure that the project performs in line with plans, allocated resources and identified KPIs. Participate in governance meetings and feedback sessions as requested. Determine projects metrics plan during planning phase and ensure that needed analysis and reports are available throughout project execution. Support the requirements collection for Change Requests, throughout all the involved stakeholders, on existing platforms and govern the interaction for implementation. Ensure that platforms are implemented in line with requirements and impact measured through selected KPIs. Support the cultural change in the company towards innovation acting as an evangelist for Digital, Innovation, Omni-channel marketing and Customer Experience topics by preparing presentation material, performing dedicated meetings and collaborating with training Requirements: Strong Project Management skills Relevant experience in website or apps end2end development and launch Basic knowledge of Agile Project Management capability. Certification is a plus Expert professional capability on Office suite is a must Familiarity with User Experience improvement methodologies and KPIs Salesforce experience is a plus Excellent communication skills, especially with high level executives in project steering committees Jira, Confluence knowledge or other relevant frameworks Digital Strategy frameworks basic knowledge Familiarity with Customer Experience basic concepts &, methodologies (Customer Journey, Personas, Pain points &, Opportunities, Close the loop actions, etc.) High level knowledge of Search Engine Marketing concepts and methodologies Knowledge of Mobile projects and key drivers impacting mobile performance Familiarity with Digital analytics, and the nature and design of insightful test and learn scenarios Ability to convey complex information in business terms, interpret actionable insights Knowledgeable in marketing technology, data and integration Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target is a plus Si offre contratto in somministrazione a tempo indeterminato Luogo di lavoro: Ibrido, Milano Ral: 45-48k da valutare in base all’effettiva esperienza del candidato vetrinabakeca
