Join us and we can make a difference together. About the role Responsibilities: You’ll be responsible for: Becomes the point of contact for PLM and CAD tools. Works cross-functionally to understand business requirements and proposes Engineering solutions. Provides support during configuration, development, test and deployment of new and existing functionalities. Coordinate with external partners to troubleshoot problems and resolve issues identified by users within 3DExperience and integrations to 3DExperience (Catia, Elcad, etc.). Assure to stay up to date on the latest 3DExperience releases if necessary. Assist in the evaluation and helps in the prioritization of user requests for enhancements and/or upgrades systems communicating with stakeholders to manage enhanced functionalities and business unit requirements. Lead possible evolution of PLM due to integration / data transferring with other departments or business units. Work with IT staff to ensure the smooth operation of 3DExperience and integration with third party applications (ERP, Web Sites, …). Train to users on how to use 3DExperience. Manage structured data related to projects KPIs, timing, and financials and provide the Eng. leadership of the business unit and of the world head quarter with detailed reports. Automate internal processes to integrate data from other departments such as Finance, Marketing, Ops. Coordinate with R&D platform managers for boilers, burners and heat pumps products across Europe to retrieve specific projects information. Assist finance team in the budget and forecasting activities related to R&D department. Requirements The candidate will have to carry a natural privilege for Engineering information systems, demonstrate an open and tidy mindset, high relational skills and teamwork orientation, organizational and planning capabilities to set up priorities and deadlines, high accuracy in the calculations and precise final reporting, self-motivation and wish to improve in the professional experience. Degree in Engineering or similar. Deep knowledge of some PLM and ECad/MCad systems (preference on 3DExperience tools). Experience in PLM – ERP Integrations Knowledge of SAP system Excellent knowledge of Office 365 platform (Access, Sharepoint online) Knowledge of Power BI Knowledge on product development processes and methodologies Knowledge of financials fundamentals Fluent English and Italian 5 year working experience Willingness to travel Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.
