Overview:

Qulture seeks an Account Director with a passion for helping brands be at the forefront of culture and creativity. The Account Director is the business lead on the given client’s business and/or new business overseeing all work streams from account management to strategy to creative, making sure that we deliver results-driven campaign(s). This role works within a collaborative team, reporting to the Group Account Director based in the US, and has 3 main facets; commercial management, client leadership and agency stewardship.

Commercial Management: growth and profitability of the given account

Client Leadership: develop & maintain strong client relationships

Agency Stewardship: championing innovative & high quality work and integration across functions

This is a senior level position for someone with between 7-10 years of prior experience, preferably from within a marketing and creative agency.

Responsibilities: 

· Ability to confidently interact with clients of all levels and backgrounds from CEO to marketing, PR and support staff—intuitively understanding how best to facilitate the relationship between our agency and our clients in any given situation

· Ability to manage both short and long-term projects, from small budgets to multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks and teams.

· Extensive experience drafting Scope of Works & proposals for clients, managing to a budget and scope and accurately providing forecasts on the current tracking of a job(s).

· Able to craft project timelines, manage budgets, and oversee projects for the entire life cycle of the project.

· Ability to deeply understand and process client RFPs (Request for Proposals), briefs, procurement requests and requirements, in order to respond accurately to clients, ask the right questions and clearly communicate information to the internal/external teams.

· Confidently be able to create a deck outline for client-facing presentations or proposals and make strategic recommendations that best position the work

· Collaborate with the New Business lead on proposals and pitches to not only provide budget, deliverable and timeline recommendations but also to give input on strategic positioning for a winning pitch and/or proposal.

· Identify organic growth areas for existing clients, foreseeing and seizing opportunities to expand the agency business with our current clients.

· Manage admin for designated jobs including but not limited to invoicing, scheduling, deliverable tracking, job set-up and client onboarding.

· Proactive and assertive to get the job done reaching the desired goals and deadlines

· Independent in achieving a high quality of work standard and putting forth ideas

· Resourceful, open and creative mindset to work through challenges and problem solve

· Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills, with clients, supervisor and peers

· Ability to manage and set client expectations—combining client needs and team abilities to produce outstanding work. Comfortable saying no, and explaining why.

· Ability to manage and inspire teams while being operationally efficient

· Team player and collaborative being able to build strong relationships across borders with people and partners inside and outside of the company

· Sharp, inquisitive, great memory and an eye for detail are key

· Ability to be nimble, learn quickly, and adjust to client business needs

· Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite (primarily Outlook, Excel, Word), Google Suite (docs, slides, sheets) and Keynote

· Must be fluent in digital, influencer & social marketing with a good understanding of production (experiential and content production).

· Passionate about fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and luxury brands with an interest in innovation.

This is a full-time position with room to grow in a rapidly evolving and dynamic digital agency. The company working hours are from 9:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. This is a satellite-office position working from Milan, Italy with direct connection to the USA team remotely. 

Rate: Commensurate with experience.
