Just Eat – We’re looking for a Account Executive who can successfully manage a portfolio of new and existing restaurant partners in the referenced area Our story (the bitesize version): From breakfast in Brussels to supper in Sydney, millions of people order their favourite food with us every day. Operating in a fast-paced, competitive industry, our Account Management teams are always looking for effective ways to drive customer loyalty and brand visibility on a global scale. All about the role: As our Account Executive you are responsible for new restaurant post activation/onboarding, you manage the long-tail of our restaurant estate, committed to establish a long term business relationship with Just Eat Takeaway, grow performance (upsell/cross sell), continuous optimization and retention. By understanding the restaurant partner’s needs & wishes aiming to offer improvements, tools, advice and insights, you’re able to improve restaurant partner & customer experience, increase order volume/revenue, improve last mile visibility & top of mind awareness. In this role, your focus also includes: You manage a pool of restaurants, helping develop their success on our platform. You will look after our partner restaurants and ensure that a mutually profitable and efficient business relationship is established within Italy By working closely with our partners, you build a close relationship and increase their satisfaction You define of commercial proposal for portfolio restaurant partners in order to create a strong and sustainable partnership with them You conduct restaurant partners business analysis and monitoring in order to give unique growth consultancy You ensure your restaurant partners business growth and NPS with Just Eat You Identificate innovative solutions in order to create added value for restaurants in portfolio You ensure restaurant partners understand the benefits and promotions we’re offering You create a user friendly and convenient shopping experience for Just Eat Takeaway customers You manage commercial objections of your portfolio restaurant partners You convince the restaurants to use our offers in our internal webshop Can you deliver Here are the skills and experience we need from you: A first professional experience – in account management or sales Your strong communication skills and commercial acumen make you a reliable and valuable advisor for our partner restaurants You have a great sense of responsibility Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach Flexibility to match your hours to the agenda of the partner restaurants where necessary Ability to work independently and have a good organisation Relentless, results-oriented, someone that wants to go the extra mile to get the job done Feeling at ease in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Excel You are independent, but you are also a very strong team player Here is our offer When you join us at Just Eat Takeaway.com, you’ll enjoy these great rewards: Work in one of the world’s biggest food delivery brands; Meal Vauchers Being part of a new, professional and international team; A challenging and dynamic work environment with a culture that is open, innovative and performance orientated Opportuinities to learn and growth Job Summary Job number: R_030096 Date posted : 2023-03-17 Profession: Sales Employment type: Full time JustEat.it
