We are looking for an:

Account Manager- Small Medium Business

Destination

With a focus on developing our business with a target of reaching the small medium market’s segment operating in the following industries: Consumer goods, retail, luxury, food and beverage, GDO, Energy, utilities, manufacturing.

Who you will work with

You will join a team of strategic consultants, highly specialized professionals. Innovation is always at the forefront of Capgemini's vision because we want to guarantee our Clients the best possible result through modern, constantly evolving technologies.

An overview of the role

· Identify customer's needs and develop constructive up-selling actions;

· Manage the entire life cycle of a project: brief analysis, requirements definition, cost estimates, economic proposal, resources planning, project Gantt, client management, coordination and supervision of project teams, budget review, performance summaries and forecasting, delivery and quality assurance;

· Ensure that for each project the requirements in terms of functionalities and quality, deadlines and estimated costs are met, and always work to control and optimize these aspects during the project life cycle;

· Collaborate with all departments of the company to complete complex projects that require the intervention of different stakeholders.

Passport

Experience and skills required

· Strong knowledge about Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central suite

· Experience in role of at least 10 years in structured companies

· Ability to manage a wide range of projects in terms of expertise and resources management

· Capacity to build strong relationship with all the stakeholder, client side;

· Commitment to teamworking;

· Strong focus on results and ability to analyze targets and budgets;

· Communication and presentation skills, synthesis, focus and project pragmatism;

· University education;

· Fluent knowledge of the English language.
