You will provide vital help to the Business Services in Kraków to meet business needs efficiently and effectively, boosting customer satisfaction by performing all tasks to high quality standards, in line with relevant processes and guidelines. In this role you will help engage internal customers, and drive efficient services in a variety of administrative areas. This position reports to Facilities and Administration Manager Your responsibilities Coordinating and supporting the day-to-day conference rooms service and internal meetings Supporting company phones process within organization Coordinating purchase/order process of IT and non-IT equipment and keeping track of expenditures Coordinating and managing all aspects of access control and CCTV systems in ABB BS locations Coordinating fire safety process in ABB BS locations Preparing and developing reports, presentations and business analyzes upon requirements and team needs Supporting any other admin and infrastructure topics upon requirements Your background Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position Very good English, both written and spoken Good knowledge of Share Point, Service Now (nice to have) Bachelor’s / Master’s degree Reporting and analytics skills Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Problem-solving attitude, process oriented, able to work within deadlines More about us We look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in English are appreciated).
