With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for an: Advanced Business Manager – IT As An Advanced Business Manager within Akkodis, your role is key in our sales development strategy. You are responsible for developing business within your assigned Responsibilities: Identify / analyse our clients needs and trend Cold canvassing based on clients’ targets identified (by themselves or yourself) Offer of a customized approach to our clients Promote our Group’s different contract types depending on clients’ needs Anticipate the identification of new needs Excellent understanding of the talent acquisition process Manage the entire recruitment process in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team Facilitate career moves within your team by identifying any win-win solution for Akkodis and our clients Optimize consultant’s time on projects Conduct project follow-ups, career conversations and take concrete actions to retain our talents within the organization with the support of your N1 Proactively take actions to identify solutions to limit our consultants inter project period Manage your P&L and forecast Profile We’re looking for an Advanced Business Manager with a strong business aptitude, with at least 2 years of experience in IT sector. Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active, autonomous personality who can manage his/her own priorities, team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests, good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals. Deep knowledge of English language is mandatory (B2 level).
