The position is based in our Office in Milan and part of Parfums Christian Dior’s Marketing team.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Advocacy Manager will be responsible for developing the visibility of the Maison on all social media channels in order to contribute to strengthening the positioning, as well as increasing the engagement of the consumers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define a clear Social Media activation strategy in close cooperation with PR/Marketing and HQ
- Help to prepare and manage influencer activation plan for execution: align & negotiate with agencies and suppliers, prepare & coordinate send-outs
- Orchestrate social media activities with all marketing measures and communication plan: create a seamless consumer journey from awareness to conversion
- Invent differentiating concepts: cluster send-outs and paid activations
- Build a strong relationship with a Dior-like and defined/ chosen influencer community and their management
- Spot new talents and influencer targets also going beyond the typical beauty community – always with a fit to Dior and fitted to the specific project: grow, refresh & disrupt the existing influencer pool continuously
- Build and foster a reporting structure: EMV tracking, cost mapping, performance by axis, reach, etc.
- Prepare regular reports on influencer campaign results for internal use and HQ in Paris
- Analyze trends, competitors and their social media activities
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing, ideally in FMCG/luxury and / or an international environment
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) as well as relevant marketing tools
- Analytical skills and business acumen
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High brand identification and engagement
- Able to work independently and systematically within a team
- Able to think out-of-the-box and find innovative approaches
- Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus
