Delivering proof of concepts and simplifying difficult, technical topics into understandable client education. Consultatively building credibility and trust at all levels, internally and externally, to close highly complex IT Automation technology deals. Required Technical and Professional Expertise This is a Technical Sales presales support specialist role who requires the candidate to be an SME for ITOPS Automation solutions Knowledge of IT Ops Automation for both Infra Ops and Application Ops area knowledge of ITSM process, Tools, IT Operation Analytics Ability to architect ITOPS Automation Solutions using market standard AIOPS, Orchestration & Automation platforms. knowledge of observability & infrastructure & network monitoring & event management process, tools and techniques. Ability to create and amend artifacts like case studies, reusable solution templates/framework. Excellent presentation skills & ability to articulate automation solution & technical topics in IT Operation Automation area Self-motivation and ability to represent his/her group in best possible manner within the organisation. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Experience working as an IT Operation Automation Solution Architect. AIOPS platforms (i.e. ServiceNow ITOM, Splunk ITSI, Moogsoft ) Orchestration & automation platforms (i.e. Ansible, Terraform …) APM AIOPS tools (i.e. Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Instana ) Network Performance management tools (I.e.
