Apple Specialist

As an Apple Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to present the potential of the Apple world, accessories and third parties to all your customers. It’s your job to turn visitors into true enthusiasts, identifying their needs while helping to create passion and enthusiasm for Apple products. Not only will you be the first person customers meet when they enter the Store, but you will also be the person who guides and advises them, selling and even configuring their new products. You’ll also have other roles within the Store, such as overseeing merchandise displays or assisting team members. You’ll always have to keep up with the latest products and initiatives and be prepared to apply what you know to your interactions with customers. You will soon realise the great satisfaction that you will achieve together with your team.
