Project work, workshops and training at our national customers for our specific software solutions Active participation in the requirements and process analysis as well as documentation of the implementation Configuration of the ZUKEN solution according to customer requirements Commissioning of our software and database solutions according to customer requirements Processing of technical support requests Required skills and experience: Secondary school or Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent. Previous experience in project management. Understanding of data management system solutions and their integration in the PDM/PLM/ERP environment Familiar with MS-Office and SQL databases Knowledge of software programming languages desirable. High level of personal responsibility Good communication skills in English – Basic knowledge of German would be an advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team on a national and international level Structured and systematic approach Willingness to travel to customers in Italy and abroad.
