We are seeking a talented and experienced Application Manager to join our Tech Team. You show: At least 5 years’ experience in the role. Previous experience in the implementation/migration of software on complex projects. Knowledge of best practices for managing and securing business infrastructure. Knowledge of the principles of cost engineering and cost management. Experience in the analysis and design of workflows. Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management. Experience in technical support, triaging issue and troubleshooting on company products. Excellent knowledge of English. Excellent communicative and relational skills. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. Analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to work in teams. Preferred experience include: Bachelor or Master in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or similar Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment Knowledge of the google suite for companies (google workspace) As Application Manager, you will : Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiency through technology Support teams not directly involved in product development in the strict sense (Marketing, HR, Customer Support, Community Management, Finance,) in the adoption of technologies to improve their activities and/ or guide the development of projects of these teams Guide and help in software and vendor selection Monitoring, management and support on IT tools and tools (including through third parties) Control and reporting of purchases and technological costs Benefit: 100% flexibility & full smart working A stimulating and growing work environment Focus on work-life balance Free online yoga and fitness classes Discount on psychotherapy sessions Are you the Unobravo we are looking for?
