Chiesi Corporate Functions These are all the functions based in Parma supporting the business: Global HR, Global ICT, Global Finance, Global Communication and Public Affairs, Shared Values & Sustainability, Corporate Internal Auditing, Global Strategy & Corporate Development, Legal & Corporate Affairs, Global Procurement. Who we are looking for Purpose Under the supervision of the Customer Facing Area, the resource will be able to receive training and provide support in the management of applications in collaboration with the team, taking care of the activities and monitoring of the performance of the support services in relation to the overall business needs. Main Responsibilities Manage ticket escalation related to the relevant applications; Monitor contractor performances against SLAs and KPIs (monthly check); Provide support regarding procedure documentation for recurrent incidents or requests; Contribute to the revision of existing policies, processes and procedures; Align with the BAI SAP specialists on a daily basis; Coordinate service transition activities between projects, suppliers, and the outsourced IT AMS Operations team; Coordinate external support services and users, end-to-end support. Experience Required Previous solid experience in SAP Support Service or equivalent roles Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology or Economics Languages Fluent English (both written and spoken) Technical Skills Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and Power Point; Fundamentals about ITIL; Knowledge of Business Process Management (SLA and KPI) Soft Skills Adaptability and flexibility Analytical skills Problem solving What we offer You would join a dynamic, fast-growing, challenging and friendly environment.
