As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating a team of architects to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our architectural services and our sales. This position combines architectural expertise with sales leadership to drive business success.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead and inspire a team of 8 architects to deliver high-quality architectural services with a focus on meeting sales targets.

  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Sales Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote architectural services and meet revenue goals.

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the building industry.

Client Engagement:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and key stakeholders.

  • Understand client needs and collaborate with the architectural team to tailor solutions that align with client requirements.

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.

  • Oversee the development and delivery of architectural proposals, presentations, and project plans.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

  • Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and enhance the competitiveness of architectural services.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

  • Implement corrective actions to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales and team management.

  • Strong understanding of building sector and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

  • Leadership experience with a focus on fostering a positive team environment.
