Job Description We are currently seeking an EMEA Architecture and Facilities Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan. How you will contribute: Supporting the team in collecting and managing the documentation for different project and partners Preparing material for project kick-off presentation to the WW store planning Supporting in changing the layout of project by using Autocad Maintaining contact with administrative regional offices for purchase orders and invoicing approval, preparing all the necessary communications to facilitate the EMEA Facilities Manager Managing the service agreements for maintenance activities and keep them up-to-date in collaboration with Legal dept Supporting EMEA Facilities Manager in cost control by tracking costs and expenses Who you are: Student enrolled in Architecture Bachelor/Master degree Fluent in English Organized, detail and result oriented, deadline driven Excellent computer skills (Excel and power Point proficiency) Excellent Autocad and Photoshop skills Ability to work in team, proactive and problem solving Why work with us?
