We are looking for an Area Talent Acquisition Manager to drive the recruiting strategies of the Belmond hotels and offices in the South Europe region.The Area Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for supporting regional and property HR management in implementing various tasks related to talent acquisition and recruitment. Reporting to the Divisional Director of Human Resources South Europe, responsibilities will include the support in determining staffing needs, developing talent acquisition strategies, leading employment branding initiatives to attract new talents, sourcing candidates for open positions, conducting recruitment processes, organise a positive candidate onboarding experiences, and assisting in employee retention and development, participating in hospitality career fairs and events, and using metrics to analyse recruitment data while identifying areas for improvement. What You Will Do Be a true partner to the business for anything that relates to providing advice and guidance to recruitment management, strategy and tasks Promote and help position our brand as an employer of choice through effective actions that attract talents and build a pool for effective succession planning Build talent pipelines for current ana future job openings by leading all sourcing channels, job boards and recruitment software Collaborate with HR management to ensure timely and appropriate job moves within and across the Belmond hotels and offices Support realistic succession plans are up to date, and a calibration process is in place Manage partnerships with hospitality schools and universities and attend their career fairs Participate to our LVMH and other recruitment events to drive awareness of our Company Implement online and offline employer branding activities, in line with the Belmond corporate talent attractions guidelines Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communications) Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and support the preparation of the annual recruitment budget for all hotels and offices Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates) Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire Requirements Extensive experience in a talent acquisition management role preferably within a hospitality company with solid understanding of career paths and demands of distinct roles Fluent in Italian and English. The knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese would represent a great advantage Technically savvy, able to optimise our talent database, using the reporting tools to influence talent decisions and strategy Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks) Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal Ability to quickly build relationship and trust with talents across the properties, able to work with early career colleagues as with senior leadership Culturally sensitive with a high degree of work ethic: you must be approachable, open-minded and fair Quality driven with a passionate for excellence and about bringing out the best in other people Benefits Working for such extraordinary brand is the opportunity to foster a career with a real sense of pride and caring, in an environment that embraces the essence of the art of hospitality.
