We help them to identify the best influencers for their brand, understand how their social media campaigns are performing, and benchmark them against their competitors. The Associate Product Manager is responsible for identifying customers’ main objectives and needs and translating them into product deliveries. She/he will be able to manage the process, data and communication needed to go from identifying the customer outcome to final delivery. She/he will interact both externally with the client and internally with colleagues and other functions to deliver the best solution that supports the client’s desired outcome to help them leverage our data to add business value. This person will work with customers and support the global product development roadmap. A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU IN THIS ROLE With your communication and data analysis abilities, you will help us optimize our products and get smarter insights to better support our clients in their influencer & social media marketing strategies. With your collaborative attitude, you will be able to assist the team in each step of the product development and delivery, from the data gathering to the insights identification. This is an entry-level role, where training will be provided. RESPONSIBILITIES Clients onboarding: Manage direct communication with clients; Act as main point of contact throughout the duration of the contract; Collect feedback as input for further client relationship/product development. Clients delivery: Create ad-hoc/syndicated BI dashboards based on clients/business needs; Identify clients key goals and needs and – accordingly – data and variable factors in order to answer to briefs; Lead/support client meetings and presentations. Product development: Support the Global Product Development team by normalizing and standardizing product delivery. Support product discovery efforts, understanding the customer and stakeholder communication from a product intake and understanding of personas Clearly understand the product vision and strategy and execute on those value propositions Understand the success metrics to measure performance of deployed features and customer interaction within our platforms Provide knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products that is easily understood by software development teams and Product Managers Collaborate with the delivery team toward successful deployment of product updates, features and communicate delays and issues. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Statistics, or related fields. Some Knowledge of Customer-Centric Product Management Excellent knowledge of the English language. Additional language would be an advantage. Basic knowledge of the social media ecosystem, platforms and related metrics. Ideally some experience with BI tools (e.g. ClicData, PowerBI, Google DataStudio). Experience with social media campaign measurement tools.
