Job Description: Athonet provides a complete in-house software-based LTE/5G connectivity platform that runs in cloud or virtualized data centre environments and on ruggedized hardware. Our platform allows customers to break free from the restrictive, expensive, proprietary telco-centric architecture of legacy solutions and embrace the true potential of wireless. The IMS SW developer will be responsible for the delivery of functionalities for IMS network. This position will assure the development of features, algorithms and protocols based on the 3GPP specifications with the proper quality and design. Responsibilities: Build the best-in-class product from technical perspective assuring customer satisfaction and mid-term product sustainability. Collaborate with Product Manager to create the Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap and be his/her technical support sharing data, information, problem discussion, create mitigation plans, brainstorming. During roadmap assessment, support the product strategy definition by: High level understanding of features backlog. Understanding each initiative and assess what the product team needs to do to reach the customers’ need Assure the best reusability of the system components and the common user experience Identify non-functional requirements for the platform and their evolution Prepare a backlog structure which can be implemented in the roadmap in order to clarify what is needed (and propose alternatives if the effort/skills are not available) so business needs are met Interface of the Technical Pre-Sales about the possible technical solution for the customers During feature development and execution, managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements: Analyze Feature Request (FR) backlog in order to reach Definition of Ready (DoR) Developing user stories and Defining product features according to customer needs Participate to the Customer meeting for product requirements clarification.
