Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include: Defining and documenting user requirement related to the evolution activities. Designing new IT solutions aligned with the user requirements. Implementing IT solutions in test or validation environments. Overseeing the infrastructure upgrades, change of configuration and deployments in the production environment. Preparing and reviewing technical documentations. Designing, documenting and deploying Proof of Concepts (POCs) on new IT solutions. Coordinating pilots (engaging users, collecting and documenting their feedback) on new IT services. Participating in meetings and presentations when needed. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory: A technical degree in Information Technology or an alternative relevant domain. Proven hands-on experience of PowerShell scripting. A minimum of 2 years proven hands-on experience in the design and implementation of solutions based on Microsoft Azure cloud services, in particular: Azure Active Directory (Entra ID): Authentication methods (PTA and PHS) Multi-factor authentication User identities and groups management License management Azure AD Connect deployment. Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager): Mobile Device Management (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS) Mobile Applications Management (Android, iOS) Conditional Access policies. Microsoft Exchange Online: Mailbox administration Mail flow rules management Global Address List management License management. Microsoft Purview (formerly “Security & Compliance”): Sensitivity Labels Retention Policies. The following skills and experiences would be an asset: Experience working in a large organization (supporting over 2000 users) Hands-on experience in any of the following: Microsoft Teams administration Microsoft OneDrive administration Windows Hello for Business configuration Microsoft Power Platform (Environment management, License management, Dataverse, Data Loss Prevention policies). Microsoft Dynamics365 Microsoft SharePoint Online (Administration, SharePoint Site Collections management, External sharing functionalities). Microsoft Defender (MDO, MDE, MDI, etc.) Microsoft Autopilot based solutions design and deployment. Microsoft Graph API Microsoft Azure services (App Registration, Synapse, Fabric, Viva, etc.).
