Job description La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del Team Operation Investments e sarà responsabile della gestione end to end delle operazioni di compravendita disposte dalla clientela sui titoli offerti da ING , della gestione degli eventi societari e di tutte le attività correlate. Inoltre, si occuperà delle attività relative alle analisi di Market Abuse e di tutte le attività di monitoring, controlllo e implementazione applicate ai processi gestiti. Key Responsibilities Garantisce la corretta esecuzione delle operazioni di compravendita Gestisce le richieste di adesione agli eventi societari Gestisce le richieste di trasferimenti titoli Gestisce le riconciliazioni dei titoli Gestisce le analisi sugli alerts di market Abuse, seguendo le tempistiche concordate ed utilizzando i tool adibiti alle analisi Gestisce le Service Request, e le code di filenet relative alle richieste dei clienti Gestisce la creazione delle procedure operative Gestisce tutte le attività collaterali (previste dalla normativa vigente o da procedure interne) volte al perfezionamento delle pratiche. Gestisce e collabora con le aree della banca al fine di risolvere in maniera efficiente le problematiche sul cliente. Gestisce gli ingaggi ricevuti dall’ufficio Reclami, secondo le tempistiche concordate e supporta lo stesso negli approfondimenti necessari anche al fine di migliorare i processi operativi. Aggiorna in autonomia i manuali operativi e le procedure dell’Area. Contribuisce all’aggiornamento della reportistica di Area. E’ parte attiva nel contribuire al miglioramento dei processi in ottica di customer experience, cost reduction e contenimento dei rischi. Supporta i Dipartimenti tecnici e di Business nell’analisi di anomalie legate ai flussi produttivi. Segnala eventuali Incident e li gestisce secondo le policies aziendali (prima linea di difesa).
