Gruppo Montenegro (food & beverage) sta attualmente cercando un Brand Activator che si occuperà di tutte le attività relative ai marchi del Portfolio Montenegro nel canale On Trade, lavorando a stretto contatto con i principali stakeholder del canale e creando con loro un rapporto forte e personale.

Tasks & Responsabilities

• Implementation of all marketing/trade marketing field activities of the assigned area.
• Development of strong relationships with the strategic outlet owners/bartenders in order to best design and apply trade marketing guidelines.
• Evaluation of business opportunities and development of deep consumer understanding in order to positively impact brand awereness.
• Partnering with sales and operations to leverage robust portfolio and brand plans.
• Openness to work during evening and night hours and willingness to work in a very dynamic contest.

Requirements

• Prior field marketing/brand ambassador experience (Bartendering experience will be considered as a plus)
• Knowledge of the beverage products/mixability
• Understanding of the On Trade channel dynamics
• Strong interpersonal skills when it comes to interacting with internal/external actors
• Fluency in English preferred
• Creative thinking and problem solving attitude
