Role Purpose Local Brand Managers defines product strategy in agreement with local management, Global and Regional marketing department. She/He implements tactical plans/projects capitalizing collected insights from regional and global Launch Teams. Your Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: – Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns and tactical plans working closely with other functions (Sales Unit, Tender Team, Medical Affairs and Access team) within marketing budgets – Prepare content of Integrated commercial plans for on the market and in launch products. Run market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitor /anticipate market development. – Be responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans to ensure the growth of the brand(s) – Lead the cross-functional local/regional brand Team, incl. coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectives – Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines. Compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and other regulations. – Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results. – Monitor product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives https://www.youtube.com/watch?v5_RZsoOZv5c Diversity and Inclusion We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve. Education & Qualifications Scientific, Economic, Engineering master’s degree or similar Experience At least 2 years of experience in similar role in healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors Skills & Knowledge – English Fluent – Work in cross-functional and international team – Efficient negotiation skills – Accuracy and Proactivy – Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and Good knowledge of Analytics Tools (as preferred) Why Sandoz?
