Job Description Position overview: We are looking for a driven, creative, passionate and result oriented Brand Marketing Manager to join our Italian team. In this role you will develop and implement effective brand-building strategies, coordinating the local team to execute and report on campaign results. An analytical mind and good communication skills are also required.The position will be based in Milan and you will belong to the local Italian team reporting to the Head of Brand Building Strategy and working closely with Sales, local agency partners and Marketing Headquarter to meet corporate business targets. Main Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to implement local marketing tools to strengthen the brand and activate consumers to sell more Chiquita bananas. Meet with stakeholders to define brand objectives and strategies Coordinate with the Head of Brand Building Strategy in developing local marketing plan and budget Plan, present and ensure excellent execution of local brand campaigns and marketing activities (ATL, BTL, consumer and in-store promotions) Set and implement social media campaigns as community manager for local pages in collaboration with the Global Content Manager (providing translations, engaging text, monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews) Cooperate with sales in the development of customer relationship programs and dedicated activations on both Retail and Traditional channels (F&V shops and wholesalers) in order to achieve sales goals Lead local trade shows to promote brand among trade partners and customers from planning to execution Supporting sales and other teams on specific marketing projects Prepare reports on brand performance and sales Qualifications Key Competencies Good communication skills / some copywriting skills: able to write articles, blogs, newsletters, etc. both in Italian and English BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus At least 5 years of experience in similar roles Italian and English fluent Content & Marketing Manager – for Italy, Croatia & Malta Senior Brand Manager – Sport & Lifestyle Division
