Work very closely with the rest of the Vaccines Marketing teams to ensure full alignment between the cross-brand activities. Interact closely with sales force to ensure clear understanding and implementation of Product Marketing plans, timely updates of product’s evolution. Understand the external context and closely interact with key external stakeholders in order to identify and execute innovative initiatives and partnerships Work across with the matrix and partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, CGA to ensure flawless execution Establish and maintain an understanding of the operating environment, market access dynamics, competitive intelligence, clinical data and trends Partner closely with the Global team to ensure consistent market understanding, flawless co-creation of overall strategy and assets Provide a high-quality education and solutions focused on increasing awareness of adult vaccine-preventable diseases, their health impact and broad health- and socio-economic value of adult vaccination working in strict collaboration with Institutions and PPGs Accelerate engagement on adult immunization through innovative engagement pathways: focusing on establishing adult immunization as a standard of care and contributing to raising vaccine confidence. Contribute to create new Point of Vaccination (eg pharmacies) Why You? Minimum qualifications: BS/BA level or Master’s degree level 5 years marketing OR other relevant commercial experience in Pharmaceutical/Consumer Healthcare industry Ability to anticipate quickly to developments in the market and to translate into threats/opportunities for business teams and GSK strategies Ability to learn new concepts and data quickly along multiple dimensions – including but not limited to: scientific data, business drivers/ challenges, public health influences and influencers, etc) Ability to work within and lead a matrix team while having the tenacity to gain buy-in quickly and move new ideas or concepts through the GSK approval process in a manner that’s consistent with the GSK values and leadership behaviors.
