We are currently seeking an Retail Merchandising Assistant who will report to the Head of Retail Merchandising as part of our dynamic team in Rome. Your opportunity The person will be involved in analytical activities and supporting the team during the sales campaign and in-season period. How you will contribute Support the team during the buying process (analysis, product selection, order insertion, sizing) as well as in-season activities (sales and ST analysis, transfers, consolidations); Carry out quantitative analysis to ensure a balanced product mix in each store Weekly/Monthly/Seasonal reporting on sales Help in the elaboration of qualitative analysis on a weekly base and sharing the result with collection merchandising and merchandising manager Continuously optimize category management throughout the season, ensuring maximum sales opportunities are realized. Who you are Sensibility and passion for Luxury; Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills; Strong analytical skills; Product sensitivity to manage the activities with awareness Fluent English as a must, other languages a plus Experience of 1/2 years in Merchandising/Buying role Why work with us?
