BU Controlling Manager

Our Client is an important Multinational Company working in Automotive sector as Tier1. In order to enforce their team, they’re looking for a:

BU Controlling Manager

The Candidate will report directly to the BU CFO and will manage a small Team dedicated to the Controlling and Reporting activities.

• Strategic Planning and Controlling: prepare and propose multi years planning for Product Area and Plant in coordination with Business Unit requirements;
• Plant and Production Controlling: regular analysis of monthly closings, explain deviations and define actions in order to avoid such deviations in future; regular monthly/quarterly reporting of all defined reports as requested from headquarter; yearly budget; Sales and Volumes planning, verifying and correction of delivered data; variable cost and fix costs planning, respecting given targets and coordinating activities; identifying risks and opportunities in order to act in time;
• Controlling Product Area: prepare and analyze consolidated view of actual, forecast and budget; collects and consolidates data for Product Area Financial Reporting requirements and Monthly Reporting, ad hoc reporting. Sales price variance report, generates sales report by product area, Customers and part number to compare actual results against budget, determines impacts of sales to review trends. Purchase price variance reporting in cooperation with Purchasing department provides ad hoc reports on management request.
• Interface with worldwide Plants for Product Area controlling to verify the content of the provided document.

Required knowledge:

• Accounting, controlling, product cost knowledge;
• MS Office; SAP – reports;
• Lean Manufacturing Knowledge; Project Management.

Required experience:

• University degree in Management Economics;
• 5 years qualified experience in Controlling within multinational companies;
• Process improvements and projects management previous experience;
• Leading people;
• Worked in international teams for a significant period of time.
