KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Strategic alignment with business functional priorities
•Business functional engagement and trust building, having the full accountability for the
DTPS provided in the country
••Support business to maintain the stability, availability and performance of services when
faced with disruptions to IT systems and infrastructure
•Culture of innovation and continuous improvement
•Drive enterprise-wide ownership of innovations as per Digital Factory prioritization
of initiatives
•Prioritization of local requests / deployment needs
•Successful product/service rollout in country
•Materialize tangible business value jointly with Central Platforms through implementation
and adoption of products & features
•Organise and sustain a highly skilled and capable digital community of experts in their
respective function (KUs\Citizen Developers) behind automation\reporting\support.
•Participate in agile teams representing country business view
•Drive productivity and efficiency though process digitalization and automation
•Drive cost optimisation through efficient CAPEX\OPEX management
•Adherence to GDPR and other Data privacy requirements
•User centric product and service design
•Coordinate the regular releases to ensure smooth transition and change management where needed
