The BU SCM Sustainability purposes is to support the businesses and functions to improve sustainability, both internally and the suppliers, while reducing risks. Your responsibilities: Support in developing the global SCM Sustainability & Compliance strategy and deploy it into the BU to secure a more sustainable future supply base. Lead our supplier sustainability assessment and ranking program enabled by our external service provider EcoVadis. This is managed as a project with strong involvement of the HUB/GPG SCM sustainability manager and the category managers. Monitor the acceptance of the Supplier Code of Conduct from supply base within the BU and provide trainings within the organization to ensure the business and functions drive full supplier awareness, understanding and compliance. Responsible to deploy within the BU SCM the process and tool defined by global team for the CO2 mapping and for the material compliance of our products. Ensure to deploy compliance programs and processes within the BU SCM to meet relevant laws and regulations (CM, SCIP, PFAS, etc) Drive and secure sustainability and material compliance are further integrated into our other supply base management processes like supplier qualification, performance evaluation and supplier classification. Improve SCM sustainability and material compliance communication within the BU organizations, including the content on our internal and external websites, SharePoint etc. Your background: Leader with strong communication and influencing skills in global industrial organizations. Track record of successfully implementing common processes, systems and training programs in complex, global organizations Solid and successful experience from implementing global sustainability program(s) in large, international organization(s), preferably with focus on procurement Good understanding of supplier quality Strategic and results oriented mindset. Customer focus with ability to build effective working relationships and ability to inspire others. Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and getting things done Fluent in English, oral and written. Additional Language skills are considered an advantage.
