We are looking to recruit a Web Application Developer, reporting into the Development Manager, the successful candidate will manage the development and maintenance of our CRM (Customer Relationship Management system), SFA (Sales Force Automation) and Channel Management business processes. This role is based out of our Offices in Lombardy, Milan. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Development Manager to eliminate risks and increase the likelihood of project success through the provision of development and support throughout the project lifecycles Liaise with business stakeholders to facilitate and promote rigorous functional analysis, realistic planning and accurate solution developments Use analytical skills to define software solutions Elicit and document system requirements through interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, example cases / scenarios and workflow analysis Define solutions including data components, relationships and configurations Support software developments and implementations Design software solutions in line with business requirements Perform system and integration tests on the software in a controlled scenario to ensure it is fit for purpose Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Prepare and maintain technical and user documentation In return, we offer a competitive salary and a wide range of excellent benefits, including a working environment where quality, teamwork, and respect come first. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Experience of .NET C# programming language and Visual Studio Experience of front-end development with Html, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular Experience of software development with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Microsoft Power Apps platforms. Basics of data modelling with MS SQL Server Previous participation in software projects and software solution implementations Understanding of business process modelling and analysis Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) Understanding of Microsoft Project and Visio
