As Business Application Analyst you will be responsible for both supporting the existing application environment and running projects implementations: you will engage with the users providing first level support, training and troubleshooting of issues as well as acting as a PM for the IT projects assigned, with autonomy. In coordination with the Business Application Manager you will supports the IT strategies both locally (in Italy) and globally (Corporate level). We look forward to seeing your application In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Running applications: • Supports and maintains existing business applications ensuring the agreed SLA. o First level support on application issues reported by the site and escalates when necessary. • Supports the business applications team in analyzing users’ needs and translates them into software requirements, coordinates the development, performs IT tests, trains the users. • Supports the business applications team in collaborating with 3rd parties to ensure the ordinary maintenance sprints are on-time and meet the quality requirements. • Perform basic data extraction and reporting tasks and escalate to EMR resources when needed. Projects Execution: • Act as Project Manager for the assigned projects: this includes creating a project plan, assessing risks, implementing a communication plan with the stakeholders, and making sure the project delivery is within the budget and meets the quality requirements. • Supports the business applications team in performing projects analysis and requirements definitions • Understand and support the site IT strategy • Collaborates with the other teams within the IT organization o to deliver proper IT service in the sites of responsibility o to deliver the best solutions, leveraging standard tools, platforms, and practices. For This Role, You Will Need: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Management Information Systems or related fields; • 3 years of experience in similar roles • Previous experience in the manufacturing field • Fluent in English – at least B2 level of proficiency; • Customer focused • Knowledge of Informational Technology disciplines (e.g.: software applications and interfaces, production operations, quality assurance and systems management, etc); • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Experience with SQL and reporting tools Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: • Outstanding project management skills strongly preferred • Deep professional understanding of production processes is strongly preferred • Experience with SAP implementations for manufacturing is a plus Who You Are: You pursue everything with energy, drive, and the need to finish.
