Business Data Analyst

Allianz assume per la Sede di Milano un Business Data Analyst.

The successful candidate will join the Business Intelligence team,
inside Allianz Direct, in the data analyst role with the following
responsibilities:
Transforming data into insights to support top management for business
decisions
Setting and monitoring business KPIs to improve business performance
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide
ongoing reports
Develop reports and dashboards with Business Intelligence tools
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets to drive
the company in a profitable and competitive growth in the market.

Requirements:
· Proven 2/3 years working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data
Analyst
· University degree in scientific-technological studies
· Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL language and MS
SQL Server)
· Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for
analyzing datasets (SAS)
· Knowledge of Office package and Excel advanced (VBA programming)
· Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages , Power BI
will be preferred

· Communication and Interpersonal Skills
· Analytical and problem-solving skills
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Proficiency in English
· Work Experience in the insurance industry will be preferred
