We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team, f ocusing on expanding our training services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building, and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our training services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to promote our training services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with overall company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and engage with new clients through effective communication and presentation of our training solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for training services.

Overview of the requirements:

• 2-3 of experience in business development (b2b mandatory)
• BA in business or related disciplines
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Account management experience
• Experience in the training within the certification sector is considered as a plus.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally occasionally.

Our offer:

• Full-time permanent contract
• Fixed salary plus commission

• Place of work: field-based contract, preferably in the Milan area, applications possible from other areas of Italy with willingness to travel
