If you want to know more about us, give a look here: Join us as a Business Development Analyst What you will be doing As a Business Development Analyst you will be responsible for generating lists of prospects to fuel Satispay’s Business Development Teams to accelerate our growth momentum. Focusing on targeted Territories and Merchant Categorisations, you will be strengthening Satispay’s presence by rapidly increasing our merchant base. This role is based at our headquarters in Milan, where – along with all the key people – you will be a core member of the Business Development Team, helping fuel the growth of the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, France and soon other countries).You will have the chance to constantly share your personal ideas and recommendations so that you’ll proactively contribute to create the best mobile payment experience. Your main tasks will be: Creating prospecting lists for Business Development teams, focused on our strategic territories Qualify the contact details for each prospect and enrich the data with missing information Generate new business opportunities, working side-by-side with our Business Development team Prioritize outbound activities across Italy based on specified categorizations Manage inbound leads from our Marketing activities Online sourcing of prospects through creative and innovative research methods Combine information from multiple sources, using spreadsheets, BI tools and other analysis techniques What we need We are looking for brilliant talents willing to share our enthusiasm and passion for Satispay’s project. If you’re looking for a job where you challenge yourself, learn and professionally grow, Satispay is the right place for you You have: A sales and customer-centric mindset, understanding the commercial impacts of your actions Solid knowledge of GSuite and MS Office software Experience of CRM software A desire to build a career in the Business Development space Ability to thrive in a fast paced, consistently evolving business environment with an engaged and upbeat nature Proficiency in English You are: Energetic in striving for excellence through understanding and attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned A go-getter with a can-do attitude, with the ability to multitask, organise, and prioritize work Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication skills, working as part of a team to achieve personal and shared goals Knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus. Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock option plan available.
