If you want to know more about us, give a look here: Join us as a Business Development Enablement Manager What you will be doing Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation. The role is based within our Headquarter in Milan, where – along with all the key people – as an active member of Satispay, you will join the Revenue Operations Team and you will support the Satispay Group (Italy, France, Luxembourg and soon other countries) in activities such as: Creating the global Business Development enablement strategy, framework, methodologies, and support processes to deliver a best in class educational experience Review, develop and implement education programmes for all Business Development teams, including tooling and methodologies, reducing ramp-up time for each role Design multi-engagement programmes across classroom, virtual & e-learning training platforms, focussing on the best practices and effective learning techniques Collaborating with business partners to create and deliver a tailored enablement programme for each role, prioritizing and aligning training to the needs of the each team Identify and create critical performance metrics that indicate the effectiveness and overall engagement, aligned to tracking and feedback requirements Conducting skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement by working closely with stakeholders What we need We are looking for brilliant talents willing to share our enthusiasm and passion for Satispay’s project. If you’re looking for a job where you challenge yourself, learn and professionally grow, Satispay is the right place for you You have: 3-5 years of experience in Sales Training and/or Enablement; experience in a B2B sales environment would be advantageous Proven success in scoping, designing, and implementing outcome-based enablement programmes across multiple business streams Experience in collaborating and acting in a lead role as a subject matter expert within a team environment to drive critical business changes Ability to identify and resolve roadblocks through strong collaboration and communication skills whilst maintaining positive relationships You are: An excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively and succinctly communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proactive and self-motivated with excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly Emotionally intelligent with a can do attitude, motivating and inspiring colleagues though engagement and dedication to achieve shared outcomes Energetic in striving for excellence through understanding and attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned in order to set new standards Fluent in Italian and English Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.
