This individual should have at least 5 years of professional experience in 3D CAD/CAM software sales and expertise in channel management and practical sales. Responsibilities: Collaborate in devising and executing sales and marketing strategies for 3D software in the Italian market. Establish and manage 3D sales channels in Italy, including channel recruitment, support, and collaborative marketing, to enhance channel sales capacity and drive rapid sales performance growth, achieve the company’s sales goals and performance indicators. Build and maintain business ecosystems with clients, partners, and channels, enhancing the company’s brand influence and market share. Conduct market research and analyze industry requirements, designing product optimizations and innovative marketing strategies to enhance product and service quality. Ensure customer and channel satisfaction while providing excellent pre- and post-sales support services. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or related fields, excellent verbal and written English skills. 5 years of experience in 3D CAD/CAM software sales and expertise in channel management and practical sales. Individuals with a successful record of expanding markets are welcome. Passionate, proactive, constantly exploring business opportunities, with good teamwork spirit and strong stress resistance, able to adapt to short-term travel arrangements. Familiar with Italian software markets, knowing the policy environment, market development trends, the local’s culture, and business operational procedures – candidates with oversea corporate work experience receive priority.
