You show: Between 1 and 5 years of proven business development experience Good time management and organizational skills but especially an innate proactive and resilient attitude towards facing challenges Ability to work both independently and in a strong team environment Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) that are leveraged to handle objections always in a constructive manner Passion for Wellbeing and Corporate Wellbeing Fluency in Italian and English, spanish is a plus As a Business Development Representative you will: Ensure to achieve ambitious targets in terms of new pipeline genereted each month, having direct impact on increasing the performance of Unobtavo’s sales team Work along the head of Business Development dept. and Marketing team to create consistent campaigns that could have a direct measurable impact on outbound and inbound volumes Develop and maintaina strong understanding of the market and competition to inform strategic decision-making Be a culturalambassador and drive the local rollout of the new B2B value proposition in alignment with the Leadership Team 100% flexibility & full smart working.
