This office services Sarasota, Venice, Englewood, North Port, Murdock, Port Charlotte, and thePunta Gorda area. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED. WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE: In this role, you will bespending your days outside in the field working with the team, setting appointments and filing insurance claims with homeowners. Any appointment you set that files an insurance claim will count as a ‘closed deal.’ This is a door to door sales position. Knocking on 100 doors per day and tracking the result in oursales system is part of the daily requirements of the job. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: · Working a minimum of 4 daysper week ranging from 9am-7pm and 1 weekend day from 10am- 5pm. · Ability to walk 2 to 3 miles a day · 25-35 hours recommended per week WHAT WE OFFER: · This position is commission based, $250 per ‘closed deal.’ The average person is making anywhere from $50k-$100k/yr. · 4 weeks of paid hands-on training, earning $500 per week along with thepotential to also earn commission while in training ·Exhibit R3values,habits, behaviors, and core valueswhile successfullyachieving appointment goals.
