Key Accountabilities: In alignment with LOC, HUB and European Priorities: Thanks to the support of HUB Business Analytics Specialist: Collaborates with italian and Corporate relevant functions to address business needs. Ensures robust platform of key business metrics to create awareness on business functions activity: Fieldforce, Marketing, Medical, Access. Is responsible of IT Segmentation & Targeting activity and ensures a comprehensive and timely Veeva reporting to provide Business Management with meaningful insights at cross-functional level. Is responsible – together with Finance Partner – to ensure efficacy of financial planning process, ensuring key contributions of all the relevant functions are captured. Supports in collaboration with relevant functions the Sales Incentive scheme local process and ensures correct its correct management. Thanks to the support of HUB Business Excellence Specialist Leads HUB development and deployment of corporate innovative projects impacting customer facing role activities: Fieldforce, Marketing, Medical, Access Is responsible to ensure implementation of IT Account Management process and CX process, in accordance with relevant function s . Ensures oversight on Corporate and Local Market Research implementation.
