In this position you will work on international Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and dashboarding projects. In close collaboration with educational department, you will collaborate with IT for enhancing existing BI solutions and contribute in developing a future proof BI tools to improve data reading and visualization on main training key aspects cross channel-country. Working in BI means not only to generate reports but to understand and explains how training metrics, KPIs have to be built and read them to support business and leadership decisions. We need to have someone that could be able to create BI tools and understand main training functional aspects to support Business in strategic decisions. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: KPI definitions: understand main educational metrics in order to drive and manage functional collection requirements supporting different training business partners involved (Leadership Team, OPS Team, Platform management Team, Adobe Team, IT Team) in monitoring and visualizing (reporting/dashboarding/apps) of their key aspects. Learn the logics behind the Datawarehouse supporting IT BI team in rule definition and assure the quality of solution delivered PM approach: be able to lead the process of requirement collection, design it in collaboration with IT, work on BI tool – Data Preparation & Modelling, Data Visualization, Governance Models; strong interaction with training Business Partners Ad Hoc Analysis: have the ability to develop, coordinate and present ad hoc analysis on training segment cross channel and country Be the global counterpart for IT BI in the development and implementation of BI projects, working in cooperation with IT BI and Training Business Partners, ensuring consistency and coordination for all Groups’ BI solutions Presentation tools: ability to design Dashboard using BI presentation tools (BO 4.3, Power BI,…) and ability to implement reports using corporate tool (BO 4.3) Be able to manage with internal and external resources with different background (technical and functional) NETWORK OF INTERACTION: The candidate will work closely with our Training Department as well as with many others like BI IT and Adobe Team. The role will include also a strong collaboration with consultants working on the platform environment and Virtual Apps work. There will be a continuous relationship with the main business stakeholders around the world and Corporate Leadership Team. INTERNAL : Training Department / IT / Digital EXTERNAL : Consultants TECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE 3/5 Years of work experience in BI projects MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access SAP: BI (FRONT-END), BEX, WEBI, BO Transactional SAP Modules: FI/CO, MM, SD Programming: Java – “Standard” and Web-Oriented (JSP), C, SQL, Matlab; ABAP for SAP Proactivity and ability to work in team Strong analytical skills and problem solving oriented Flexibility and ability to work in complex environment Previous experience in educational environment is considered a plus J-18808-Ljbffr
