Job Description Summary: We are seeking an energetic and innovative professional to join the France, Italy & Iberia Enterprise Sales Business Operations team. The Enterprise Sales team is responsible for bringing the largest businesses onto the PayPal platform and engaging with these businesses to continue to retain and grow their use of PayPal. This person will play a key role in supporting the Italy, France and Iberia business as well as support on initiatives across the wider European and Australia region. The position is highly visible within the organization, as it involves engagement with country leaders and senior stakeholders. Successful candidates will be highly analytical and able to turn these insights into implementable actions. Job Description: Key responsibilities: Support the Enterprise Sales leaders in Italy, France, and Iberia in overarching topics such as strategy formulation and priority setting, executive presentations, meeting and workshop facilitation Leverage internal and external data to provide actionable commercial insights that can deliver revenue growth Drive strategic projects into the execution phase and partner with teams across the organization to deliver on implementation Support the Enterprise Sales organization by leading cross-functional projects, facilitating meeting and reporting cadences Lead cross-functional initiatives for France, Italy & Iberia and the broader EUAU region Take an active role in PayPal site engagement initiatives and activities What you need to bring: Passion and curiosity for the FinTech sector as well as an understanding of B2B and B2C digital business models Analytical understanding – gets the numbers, interprets them, knows how to structure analytics Ability to manage a diverse set of topics and projects in parallel Ability to work in a matrix organization – work with peers, manage upwards and downwards Empathic leadership style Strong intrinsic motivation to find solutions and ownership of various topics Very strong communication and networking skills Excellent written and spoken English Proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish.
