We are looking for a savvy and innovative leader to be part of the Italian team, as the BTL – Business Technology Leader (BTL). Be ready to deliver the overall strategic direction and delivery of transformational technology solutions for the Consumer Health business in Italy, including new application development, supporting existing application landscapes, and being a point of contact for all KTD (Kenvue Technology & Data) services. Capabilities will include CRM solutions, Digital engagement platforms, Automation, Healthcare Technology Innovation, Big Data, Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, and Artificial Intelligence to accelerate the achievement of business objectives in Italy. She/he will work with the regional Business Technology Leader (BTL)/Product Line Owners (PLO) groups and the Italian business partners to define the strategic investment portfolio and set up agile governing mechanisms to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions. Actively participate in steering major strategic IT programs to drive successful implementation and business . What You Will Do The Business Technology Analyst is responsible for: · With the other BT Leaders and Analysts, Strategically Define, Shape, and Deliver the portfolio of technology solutions for Italy. · Effectively collaborate with the SEF BTL’s and PL’s to define strategic investment priorities and shape the portfolio of teams to be established. · Work with the development centers and with external providers to source agile teams for the delivery of the portfolio. Lead all aspects of the delivery of the total portfolio, and remove impediments for delivery. · Direct collaboration with customers to enable and support strategic programs. · Accountable for the lifecycle support of technical solutions in production · Be part of a high-performing team that is up to date on the latest digital technologies · Create a culture of continuous learning & growth mentality · Improve a culture of accountability, with end-to-end ownership · Foster a culture of agility, teamwork, and steadfast improvement · Point of Contact for all KTD services · Market the (new) KTD capabilities towards the Italian organization. Qualifications What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications MBA or Master in Technology Sciences Required relevant experience of 5 years , preferred in the Healthcare industry. Able to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to senior management effectively. Must have good planning, organizational, and decision-making skills. Able to manage a portfolio, including resource leveling, budget management, and delivery to timelines; all including associated monitoring and controlling. Proven track record leading and influencing others at all levels within the organization. Superior facilitation skills and ability to work across organizations and unite diverse individuals with disparate goals and enable productive discussion and outcomes. Strong influencer with the ability to successfully navigate change and drive success across both direct and matrixed situations. Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills; excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in leading regional projects.
