Your contribution/mission You will be part of a new team that will support the deployment of strategic initiatives (i.e. global transformation programs, post M&A and integration initiatives), and you will ensure the alignment with the Group’s strategic priorities and successful integration. You will involve the stakeholders according to the priorities and strategic projects to handle, ensuring the completion of the plans and aligning acquired asset to Recordati Group procedures, tools, governance, and guidelines, as well as generating revenue and costs synergies. You will support value generation through Post Merger Integration methodology and conducts reviews of business processes (and formalization of documentation in terms of AS IS mapping) to identify possible areas for improvement. You will conduct meetings and presentations to share results, ideas and corrective actions with stakeholders and you will oversee designing and implementation of projects and documentations processes ad-hoc. By working independently to deliver smaller iniziatives and projects you will proactively identity risks and issue on initiatives. You will be the point of contact between all the levels of the organization and the top management. Your profile You have an engineering or Business administration degreee and excellent english communication skills. You have proved experience in management consulting, internal consulting, organizational analyst or operational improvement/reengineering role as Project Manager – familiarity with the pharmaceutical/life science industry will be considered a plus. Thanks to you experience you have deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean (DMAIC), reengineering, Kaizen, Deming, Wash Lanes etc and you feel fully comfortable with MS Office products. With your strong interpersonal and analytical skills, your curiosity, ambition and problem-solving approach you have the ability to facilitate the dialogue with Headquarters functions and the different affiliates. You have the ability to independently set-up, manage and drive a clearly defined project and you are able to create and display documentation/reports in both Italian and English.
