The resource will support the Retail Merchandising Manager for the Accessories category and he/she will be involved in the following activities: Periodic analysis of the sales trend by product categories/item/store, preparing the necessary and requested reports to maximize performances and optimize sell-through. Analyse specific market needs in terms of assortment/trends/positioning. Actively contribute to the qualitative definition of the Global Master Order, preparing the ad-hoc analysis/materials/documentation. Quantitative buying definition by store and cluster for Europe DMS. On an ongoing basis, constant collaboration with the Retail VM Team to ensure the correct product display assortment. Constant collaboration with the Planning Team for qualitative selection and replenishment of carry-over items. Contribute to the preparation of product training materials to present the buying strategy and collection to stores’ staff. Regular store visits to monitor sales trends and to collect feedback. PROFILE: 2-3 years’ experience in Retail Buying & Merchandising or similar roles, preferably with a background in footwear/leather goods product categories. Strong product sensibility and competitors’ landscape knowledge. Competence in quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales performances/buying actions/market trends. Strong analytical skills with an attitude for versatility, proactivity and team working. Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and Power Point); BO/BI experience preferred. Availability to travel to different EU stores based on market requests. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. J-18808-Ljbffr
