Job Title Capital Markets Consultant Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Consultant to join the Capital Markets team. This full-time position will be based in our Rome Office, and the resource will be involved in projects spanning the Office, Logistics and Retail asset classes. Job Description Responsibilities include: Support to the CM team in structuring sell/buy side real estate transactions Support to the CM team in Real estate advisory projects (feasibility study, Portfolio analysis ecc) Preparation of teasers / pitching documents and other marketing material Participation, with senior team members, in meetings with clients and counterparties. Financial modelling (with a particular focus to DCF) Market analysis and research Requirements At least 1 years’ experience matured in: Investment/Acquisition/Transaction/Asset Management of Italian asset management companies Investment & Asset Management firm; Capital Markets Team of Advisory Companies BIG4 Transaction department (Real Estate preferred) Valuation modelling and business plan skills Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or engineering disciplines Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point package Aptitude for teamwork, organizational and problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to details.
