Within our Mechanical Department in the Italy office we are looking for a HVAC/ Mechanical Engineer who will have the following responsibilities: Follow-up of HVAC/Utilities Contractors and potential support to construction activities; Leading and/or attend internal and external technical coordination meetings; Monitoring the quality of modeling activities performed by Revit Designers. Here’s What You’ll Need: Degree in mechanical engineering, with specialization in energy/thermodynamics or degree in civil engineering with specialization in building utilities systems; Knowledge of BIM 3D modelling with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is crucial for the role; Knowledge of Dynamo and clash monitoring software and knowledge of Revit Mechanical calculation plug-ins (Magicad, Linear) would be advantages; Knowledge of international norms and regulations (UNI EN, ASHRAE, Energy performance directives, ISO standards related to the technical sector, GMP) is preferable; Having worked with energy modeling or CFD software will be considered a valuable plus; Skills of good communicator, listener of commitment and of hard worker complete the profile; Ability to effectively manage priorities while working with various types of people; Availability to national and international missions.
