Chief Architect / CTO – Interactive Vertical

Hiring for a Chief Architect / CTO for Interactive Practice, for a top tier global Digital Solutions, Systems Integration, Consulting and IT Services major.

• Reporting Manager: Global Head – Interactive
• Location: India

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate across enterprise teams developing best-in-class platforms, products, and capabilities in Marketing Data, Orchestration, Customer Data Platform, Ad-Tech/Social leading Marketing Transformation
• Define architecture policies and establish governance mechanism and supervise architectural implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Interactive vertical, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Candidate requirements:

• 20+ years of overall experience in MarTech
• Proven leader with deep experience in architecting large/global ecommerce, marketing implementations.
• Strong application architectural design skills and experience across multiple web/mobile platforms
• Should still be coding hands-on with an ability to zoom out at a solution/enterprise architecture level .
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve the complex technical problems which spans multiple technologies.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment.
